New service from IBSurgeon: external penetration test for Firebird-based systems

We now do external penetration tests (pentests) of systems that use the Firebird database. We provide this service together with our partner, soc.md.

What we do

• We work from the outside, the same way an external attacker does. We start with no access to your network.
• We examine your full external perimeter: servers, network equipment, web applications, remote access, and the Firebird server.
• We try to get into your network and to get access to your Firebird data.

We do the test only with your written approval. We do not cause damage to your data or your systems.

What you get

• A report that shows each problem that we found, its risk level, and the path that an attacker can use.
• Recommendations to correct each problem.
• A second test after you correct the problems (optional).
